The city of Healdsburg proposes to implement fuel break treatments on approximately 725 acres within Sonoma county. The city has prepared a Project Specific Analysis (PSA) and Addendum to the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the California Vegetation Treatment Program (CalVTP) to evaluate if the proposed project is within the scope of the CalVTP PEIR. Also an addendum was prepared to analyze the addition of land which falls outside of the treatable landscapes as defined by the PEIR.
