Document Description
The Northern Sonoma County Fire Protection District (District) proposes to implement fuel break treatments on 200 acres within Sonoma county. The District has prepared a Project-Specific Analysis (PSA) and Addendum to the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the California Vegetation Treatment Program (CalVTP) to evaluate if the proposed project is within the scope of the CalVTP PEIR, consider the expansion of treatments outside the treatable landscape analyzed in the CalVTP PEIR, and provide environmental information to the District in compliance with CEQA. Proposed treatment activities include mechanical and manual treatments, herbicide application, and prescribed burning.
