The Ordinance will amend various sections of title 17 of the Sacramento City Code to comply with policy LUP-4.14 Elimination of Vehicle Parking Minimums in the 2040 General Plan. The Master EIR was certified, and the 2040 General Plan adopted, on February 27, 2024, in Resolution No. 2024- 0065. The 2040 General Plan was effective on March 28, 2024.
