- Document Description
- Caltrans proposes a safety project along SR 20 in Lake County near Upper Lake between PM 5.1 to PM 5.8. The project proposes to construct 8-ft shoulders in both directions, increase the existing curve radius, and add eastbound left turn and westbound right turn lanes for Witter Springs Rd. Increasing the curve radius and widening the roadway would require 1:1 or flatter cut slopes on the north side of the road and a 2:1 or flatter embankment on the south side of the road.
