Conditional Use Permit application CUP 08-18, proposing the establishment of a commercial building for housing cannabis cultivation and related activities. The project also includes a development agreement between the City and the applicant/property owner. The project includes the construction of 10,000 sf warehouse on the South-West corner of 401 6th St, approx 6,000 sf of which will be used for growing cannabis. The remaining portions of the building would be used for the processing and packaging of Cannabis products.
