Document Description
The Fountain Wind Project proposes to construct, operate, and ultimately decommission up to 72 wind turbines and associated infrastructure with a generating capacity of up to 216 MW under Use Permit 16-007. The Project would be located on 74 Assessor parcels, which are privately owned, appropriately 6 miles west of Burney. In addition to the wind turbines, the Project would include ancillary facilities such as transformers, lay-down areas, temporary batch plant(s), access roads, underground and overhead collector lines, an operation and maintenance building, and substation components.
