Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of six 960 sq ft modular units with a combined size of 6,670 sq ft, to be located on a partially developed parcel within the P-QP zoning district. The structure will be one-story with a maximum building height of 14’7” and the exterior siding will consist of neutral green colored T1-11 siding. Additional site improvements include ADA-compliant parking spaces, covered entry walkways, ramps, and platforms.
An Addendum to the 2019 Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Mammoth Arts and Cultural Center Project (2019 IS/MND) was prepared to analyze whether the proposed project would result in new or substantially more severe significant environmental impacts compared with the impacts disclosed in the approved 2019 IS/MND. The Addendum determined that the Project would not result in any new environmental effects, does not exceed the level of impacts identified in the 2019 IS/MND, and does not trigger the need for preparation of a Subsequent EIR or Negative Declaration under the criteria listed in CEQA Guidelines Section 15162.
