Document Description
This Project will replace one existing culvert crossing on a single lane, native surfaced transmission line access road. The culvert crossing is located on an unnamed intermittent stream. The goal of the Project is to maintain access to SFPUC’s critical utility infrastructure with a crossing designed to pass 100-year storm flows. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the project impacts to waters of the state.
