Document Description
The Project consists of installing an armored rocked crossing on a section of transmission line access road that currently has an unimproved (unrocked) crossing to increase the crossing stability and safety. The access point provides redundant access to 230kV electrical transmission lines. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the project impacts to waters of the state. This project is part of the overall SFPUC Reliable Power Project.
