Document Description
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technique will be used to install 10-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HDPE) casings and a new feeder circuit below four (4) unnamed drainages. The launching and receiving pits will each measure approximately 25 square feet (5 feet wide by 5 feet long). All HDD activities will occur at a minimum depth of approximately four to eleven feet below the ground surface. Additionally, the project involves installation of a new stream crossing, which will allow for transportation of decommissioned turbines off the site and new turbines onto the site for installation. The stream crossing will be in place for a maximum of 18 months while project activities are being conducted.
