The proposed project includes modernizations, demolition, and the addition of new facilities to support the existing students at the Mission Hill Middle School. Modernizations will be made to improve building exteriors, play field, gymnasium, improve existing heating system, resurface asphalt, and update campus security. Demolition will include the removal of 7 classrooms. Additions to the facility will include construction of a new cafeteria building, bathrooms, shade structures, and a new classroom building. A total of 7 classrooms will be replaced with no net increase to student capacity or number of classrooms.
