The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0144-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of San Mateo. Under this Agreement, Permittee will conduct “routine maintenance activities” within San Mateo County pursuant to the Routine Maintenance Manual. Activities may include maintenance of culverts, storm drain facilities, bridges, roadside ditches, and swales; channel maintenance; bank stabilization; sediment removal; vegetation management; and road and trail maintenance.
