- Under the Routine Maintenance Program (RMP), the County DPW and Parks are responsible for conducting routine maintenance to ensre that County facilities are properly functioning and operational. Primary maintenance activities include maintenance of culverts, storm drainage facilities, bridges, roadside ditches and swales; sediment removal; creek bank stabilization; vegetation management; and maintenance of marinas. The RMP projects will be implemented under a 5-year master permit.
