Document Description
A use permit and design review to allow for a general truck yard for a max of 24 trucks/trailers, 8,000 sf (80' x 100') commercial truck repair shop, 3,200 sf (40' x 80') canopy building for a truck wash, truck scale, 1,800 sf (36' x 50') driver's lounge addition to the convenience store, coffee drive-through with service window, and two additional above ground fuel tanks (20,000 gallon diesel and 10,000 gallon diesel exhaust fluid). The 6.45-acre property is currently developed with a convenience store, fueling station, and an unpermitted general truck yard. The existing paved area will be expanded to allow for additional paved parking. The truck parking area is proposed to be surfaced with gravel. A landscape plan has been provided, which proposes landscaping along the property frontage and within paved parking areas.
