Facility Improvement Project at CMSD shipyard leasehold consists of three components: (1) structural ·
repair of 525 linear feet of the existing quay wall including the removal of 20 to 25 tons of rubble of which
most will be used to reinforce the quay wall; (2) removal of timber portions of Pier 4/Wharf 4 and
improvement with concrete; and (3) removal of deteriorated timber decks and pilings in their entirety for
Piers 1, 5, and 7.
