The Applicant proposes to demolish Piers 2 and 7 and reconfigure the wharves for Piers 2, 5, and 7. The existing Piers 2 and 7 will be demolished and the associated pier pilings removed. The Project includes the reconfiguration and reconstruction of the wharf sections to Piers 2, 5 and 7 (referred to as Wharf 2, Wharf 5, and Wharf 7).
