Document Description
The Connect SoCal PEIR Addendum No. 3 analyzes the changes documented in the Connect SoCal Amendment No. 2. SCAG staff has determined that the changes from Connect SoCal Amendment No. 2 would not result in a substantial change to region-wide impacts. It has also been concluded that the projects identified in Amendment No. 2 are consistent with the environmental analysis, mitigation measures, and alternatives contained in the previously certified PEIR for Connect SoCal.
