An Addendum to the previously certified Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the proposed Connect SoCal Plan (Plan) has been prepared by SCAG to reflect technical refinements made to the Plan and to expand background information related to environmental setting, environmental impacts, and mitigation measures.
