The Project is the implementation of Alternative 1.5: The California Focused Conservation Alternative as described in the Revised Final EIR and the 2022 Los Angeles Zoo Draft Plan: Alternative 1.5 (2022 Vision Plan). The Alternative 1.5 Project would guide physical transformation and improvement of facilities and operations of the Los Angeles Zoo (Zoo). The 2022 Vision Plan would serve as the blueprint for transformation and modernization of the Zoo over the next 20 years.
