SPI, Old Town SP - Neighborhood Residential district
The proposed project would develop a three-story apartment complex that, includes 60 for-rent affordable housing units, 102 parking spaces and recreational/community facilities, including a centralized playground and picnic area. In addition to being a 100% affordable project, 20% of the units will be dedicated to special needs families.
