The subject property consists of five parcels of land totaling 35.25 acres, more or less, commonly referred to as APNs 062-051-330, 062-051-360, and 062-051-370 (Tynes) and 062-051-520 (Menne). The subject parcels are located in the city of Yreka, California and is contiguous to existing land held in trust for the Karuk Tribe. The Tynes and Menne property includes a single family home unit, a 40x60 shop, and four storage barns. The Tribe has no plans to change the current land use of the subject property.
