- CDFW is issuing a permit (No. 2081(A)-18-013-RP) to The Chapparral Lands Conservancy pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 2081(a) for a project to conduct Orcutt's spineflower surveys, plant seed of Orcutt's spineflower (Chorizanthe orcuttiana) at new locations, seed and/or plant corms of short-leaved dudleya (Dudleya brevifolia) at new locations, weed and maintain existing natural and introduced Orcutt's spineflower populations, and install fencing and signage to protect populations of both species.
