Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0297-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Swanton Pacific Ranch.
The Swanton Pacific Ranch historic rail line runs along the top of the northern streambank of Scotts Creek. During the winter of 2017, precipitation and increased flows within Scotts Creek caused the northern streambank to be undercut which caused a portion of the rail line to fail. The proposed project will make repairs to Swanton Pacific Ranch's historic rail line by building a retaining wall to support the rail line.
