The project consists of leasing the 3rd and 6th floor of an existing control tower. Minor renovationd would be completed to bring the building and electronic up to current standards. The control tower is within the existing McClellan Air Park, a former air base that is located approx. 10 miles northeast of downtown Sacramento.
