Document Description
The lot split at 121 College Parkway creates two parcels, 8.854 and 2.076 acres in size. The property is owned by Mammoth Lake Foundation and the Southern Mono Healthcare District. These organizations operate the existing, previously approved and built 35 unit student housing development located on the NW corner of the property (Use Permit 2006-02). The purpose of the lot split is to create a separate parcel for the future, not yet submitted or entitled, National Wounded Warrior Center to be owned and operated by Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra.

The parcel was not involved in the division of larger parcel within the previous two years and does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent. None of the exceptions to the exemption apply.
