Document Description
The California Conservation Corps (CCC) seeks to purchase approximately 33.27 acres if land currently improved with the former "Auberry Elementary School", located at 33367 N. Auberry Road in the unincorporated town of Auberry, CA in Fresno County. The CCC is proposing to improve multiple single-story buildings of approximately 47,000 sqft. The project would include renovation and upgrades of the existing structures, and new warehouse in order to meet the needs of the CCC program. Future actions, including development of the property, will undergo complete environmental review as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
