Notice of Exemption State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Financial Assistance, Clean Water State Revolving Fund -The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes repair of 42 pipeline mechanical deficiencies, replacement of 15 manholes, replacement of 12,245 ft of existing deficient pipes, minor lift station repair, and replacements at the police department, North street, and Peto street.

Reasons for Exemption
The Project consists of operation, repair, permitting, or minor alteration of existing structures, facilities, and mechanical equipment involving negligible or no expansion of existing use. It includes replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced. It will also include minor alterations in the conditions of land, water and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
