The proposed project will include a new accessible parking space at the rear parking space at the rear parking area of the building, work at the exterior entry to level out the landings, a new 5' level landing at entry door, and the replacement of sidewalk to comply with ADA standards. The interior scope of work will include remodeling the locker rooms to bring the showers up to code compliance. Restroom, signage and water fountain modifications will also take place on all 3 floors.
