Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) and Transfer of Jurisdiction (TOJ) to Caltrans for Humboldt Redwoods State Park to rehabililtate an existing culvert at State Route 254, postmile (PM) 40.32, in Humboldt County. The project is needed to address drainage issues such as reducing channel erosion awnd roadway flooding, and to meet current stormwater design specifications. A TOJ of 0.02 acres will be approved to allow for maintenance of the culvert outlet, which will extend beyond Caltrans Right of Way in order to protect roadway embakments from soil erosion.
