- CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0262-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Truchard Winery. The project is limited to the removal of an approx 45-ft long, 14-ft wide pressure treated wood bridge structure with associated pilings, and installation of an approx55-ft long and 20-ft wide prefabricated free span steel bridge with a concrete deck. The deck will rest on 12-in thick, 20-ft long reinforced concrete abutments (exhibit B). The project also includes trimming and/or removal of two white oak trees (10-in diameter at breast height (DBH) and 18-in DBH), and one yellow willow (22-in DBH).
