Reasons for Exemption
Class 2- replacement or Reconstruction. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project is consistent with the Clear Lake Shoreline Ordinance. There will be no removal of native vegetation. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effect to wetlands or riparian habitats.
