Note: Review Per Lead Caltrans and Alameda County Transportation Commission propose to improve operations for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians where I-80 and Gilman St intersect. The purpose of the project is to simplify and improve navigation, mobility and traffic operations, reduce congestion, vehicle queues and traffic, bicycle, and pedestrian conflicts, improve local and regional bicycle connections and pedestrian facilities, and improve safety at the I-80/Gilman St interchange.
