Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-200-010-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-287) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; No. CCL19-0001334, Expires on 2024-08-13). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000sqft of mature canopy in five (5) 30’x78’ greenhouse; 8,760sqft of immature canopy in one (1) 30’x100’ and two (2) 30’x96’ greenhouses. Existing support infrastructure includes eight (8) 550-gallon nutrient mixing tanks, a 20’x48’ building for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, an 8’x20’ shipping container for processing which will become harvest storage; a 10’x10’ cannabis waste area for onsite composting; a 200-gallon water storage tank, a 1,100-gallon water storage tank, and a 2,500-gallon water storage tank; and a permitted groundwater well for agricultural use. Power is provided by PG&E and the project’s wastewater needs are met with a private permitted septic system onsite. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. CHRIS search was not conducted for this project because future development is not proposed; existing project activities were approved by Director’s discretion, in previously disturbed area only.
