Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-200-036-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-286) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; No. CCL19-0001338, Expires on 2024-12-18). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,900sqft of mature canopy in five (5) 30’x96’ greenhouses. Existing support infrastructure includes a 30’x96’ greenhouse for immature canopy; another 30’x72’ greenhouse for immature canopy which will become processing then harvest storage, with an area set aside for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage (8’x14’); a 40’x60’ cannabis waste area for on-site composting; three (3) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks; seven (7) 550-gallon nutrient mixing tanks; and a permitted groundwater well for agricultural use. Power is provided by PG&E. The project’s dwelling requirement and wastewater needs are met with a private permitted septic system including residence on the adjoining parcel with same property owner, APN 019-200-035. CHRIS search was not conducted for this project because future development is not proposed; existing project activities were approved by Director’s discretion, in previously disturbed area only.
