Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-420-012. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-417) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0002661, Expires on 2025-02-11). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,538.12sqft of mature canopy in nine (9) 6’ raised beds with various lengths and hoop covers, approx. 117 box garden beds of various sizes and twenty-two (22) circle garden beds of various sizes. Existing support infrastructure includes two (2) 8’x20’ containers for chemical storage and harvest storage, two (2) 8’x12’ sheds for processing and general storage, 10’x10’ cannabis waste area, a permitted groundwater well for domestic and agricultural purposes, one (1) 800-gallon and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks. Power is provided by generators; therefore, carbon offsets credits will be purchased until renewable transition is made. There is a permitted septic system on site. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. the canopy described in the Site Map as 9,248.18sqft total is not accurate; the existing layout totals approx. 9,538.12 as detailed in the Project Description.
