Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-360-041. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-071) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0002206, Expires on 2024-06-18). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,994 sqft total of mature canopy including one (1) 30’x96’ greenhouse with approx. 1,584 sqft canopy and two (2) 30’x132’ greenhouses with approx. 2,440 sqft canopy each as well as multiple outdoor areas including one (1) 30’x50’ area, two (2) 5’x132’ areas, one (1) 5’x108’ area and one (1) 5’x34’ area for mature canopy; another 30’x96’ greenhouse is used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted groundwater well and five (5) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 5’x15’ Nutrient and Storage structure, a 24’x36’ metal building for processing and harvest storage and a 15’x15’ compost area. Power is provided through the Trinity Public Utility District (PUD) grid. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Applicant has provided supplemental Odor, Noise, and Light Attenuation Plan to fall in compliance with: Resolution NO. 2023-071, “A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCVs for the calendar year 2023”.
