Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 016-210-014. The applicant is seeking a Small outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-653) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,900sqft of mature canopy in twenty-two (22) proposed Hoop Rows (6’x75’ each with 3’ aisles). Existing support infrastructure includes an approx. 5,640sqft outdoor area and proposed 20’x80’ greenhouse for immature canopy, a permitted groundwater well, two (2) 2,500-gallon and two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 500-gallon and two (2) 1,000-gallon mixing tanks. There is a permitted septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power is provided by TPUD. Proposed project activities include the installation of four (4) 8’x40’ containers and two (2) 8’x20’ containers with covered drying area totaling 3,600sqft on previously disturbed area as well as a 30’x30’ compost area. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. The Appendix C Checklist includes discussion of proposed Type 6 manufacturing activities. This determination does NOT include approval of any Type 6 manufacturing activities.
