Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation (renewal) of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 011-420-14-00. The applicant currently holds an Adult-Use-Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 cannabis cultivation license from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL19-0005364) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-2020-616) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature cannabis canopy. EMRI, LLC plans to apply to DCC for a Type 13 Transport-Only Distribution License in the future. The existing project currently includes up to 10,000 sf of mixed-light mature cannabis cultivation within eighteen (18) hoop houses. There are currently no proposed development activities. The project applicant holds a “Adult-Use-Small Mixed-Light Tier 1” cannabis cultivation license from the DCC. The existing site includes up to 10,000 square feet of mixed-light cannabis cultivation grown in eighteen (18) hoop houses with the following dimensions: fifteen (15) 600 sf, two (2) 360 sf, and one (1) 240 sf. Additionally, the property includes one 552-sf garage that houses a 270-sf processing area, a 138- sf harvest storage area, and a 144-sf administrative hold area. There is also one 96-sf agricultural chemical and pesticide storage shed, an 81-sf cannabis waste composting area, a 2,772-sf dwelling, and a 300-sf hoop house for immature plant canopy. Nine (9) water storage tanks, seven (7) nutrient mixing tanks, and one permitted groundwater well for both agricultural and domestic purposes exist on site.
