Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes to obtain a grading permit associated with expansion of the upper greenhouse pad from 5,500sqft to 24,000sqft and replacement of five hoophouses with four engineered greenhouses. Proposed disturbed area currently amounts to approx. 24,028 sf. There are currently 5 hoophouses for mature canopy measuring at 40’x30’, 17’x83’, 14’x50’, 30’x80’ and 30’x69 to be replaced by 4 greenhouses measuring at 30’x96’, 30’x96’, 20’x90’ and 20’x90’; existing 14.5’x24’ immature plants area, 13’x24’ structure for immature canopy, processing and 6’x6’ admin hold within the same area, 20’x40 used for immature canopy and also drying. Existing support infrastructure includes: an 8’x40’ harvest dryroom, 6’x8’ pesticide/chemical shed, 10’x10’ cannabis waste/compost area, one permitted groundwater well, two (2) 300gal, one (1) 1500gal water storage tanks and one (1) 1,500gal, one (1) 300gal nutrient mixing tanks. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C. Special Notes: The Project Description, 2.1 Project Overview should be updated to “re-grading the cut slope…” (changed from regarding*); and 2.3 Existing Setting should be updated to “a single 36-inch culvert…” (changed from 30*).
