Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of 9,822 sf2 of mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-610-50-00. The proposed activities for the Project include construction of a 20’x40’ building for processing which will become harvest storage on a previously graded area. Heavy equipment will be operated by a licensed contractor and construction will occur during the dry season (April 15 to October 15). The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created. The project does not propose to expand the designated area. The total existing disturbed area amounts to 0.46 acres within the 2.3-acre Project area. Existing structures related to the cultivation at present include: three (3) 24’x 96’ cultivation greenhouses for mature canopy, one 30’x47’ hoop house and one 30’x50’ hoop house for mature canopy, one 9’x73’ area for immature canopy, one groundwater well for domestic use inside an 8’x 8’ structure, one ground water well for agricultural use, eight (8) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, one 1,100-gallon water storage tank, one 1,000-gallon water storage tank, one 16’ x 8’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, one 6.5’x4’- shed for fuel storage, one 10’x10’ cannabis waste area for composting, and a 26’ x 28’ basement space with an exterior entrance used for harvest storage, processing, and administrative holding.
