Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The following construction activities are anticipated: For future greenhouse delivery and assembly, construction operations will consist of limited Grading and clearing operations as the site is already graded, developed and vegetation is generally homogenous and managed; Placement and installation of footings for permitted structures. Note, this operation is limited in impact as it consists of general hand tools to dig holes for footings. Noise and general impacts are limited. The project does not propose to expand the designated area. Proposed Disturbed area currently amounts to approx. 29,105 sqft. There are currently (Four 24’ x 104’ Greenhouses for mature canopy; One 78’ x 103’ Immature Plant Area (8,034 sqft) and One 26’ x 42’ immature plant area in processing building. Existing support infrastructure includes: Cannabis waste and compost area (10.5’ x 10.5’), Permitted Well, One 1,200G Water Storage Tank, One 2,500G Water Storage Tank (Fire), One 1,200G Water Storage Tank and Five 5,000G Water Storage Tanks. Proposed infrastructure includes: Four (4) 24’ x 104’ greenhouses for immature plants.
