Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-270-036-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-620). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000 SF of mixed-light canopy area consisting of three (3) 30’x130’ mature cultivation greenhouses, and developing a 30’x110’ greenhouse for immature canopy. The project proposes to install an 8’x40’ steel container for processing, packaging, administrative hold, harvest storage, pesticide and chemical storage, and cannabis waste. Water for this project will be through a permitted well, a permitted septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs, the project is connected to TPUD electrical grid. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
SPECIAL NOTE:
1. Due to a fire on the property approximately fall of 2023, the processing building was destroyed. This building will be re-built but will not be used for cannabis cultivation or support operations. All processing and storage will be performed in an 8x40 steel container located within the developed footprint of the cultivation area.
2. Item #5 of Section 2.5, Project Elements, of the Appendix C checklist calls out an immature area inaccurately as 20’x130’. The areas true dimensions will be 30’x110’.
3. Item #6 of Section 2.5, Project Elements, of the Appendix C checklist mistakenly states that a structure burnt in the fall of 2030. The structure burnt in the fall of 2023.
