Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 9,534 square feet (SF) of small mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-260-43-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-337) and a Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0000055) as well as a Distribution Self-Transport license. Cultivation activities include 9,534 SF of cannabis. The proposed project includes use of a permitted groundwater well for water source. The cultivation is irrigated via a drip system and is only watered in the morning and evening to reduce evapotranspiration and water loss. The project proposes the construction of a 30’x60’ (1,800 SF) building for post-harvest processing, harvest storage, and agricultural chemical and pesticide storage. The proposed 1,800 SF building will be located to the west of the cultivation activities. Additionally, the project proposes the demolition of a 15’x22’ (330 SF) shed. The direct footprint of the infrastructure and support area results in approximately 21,137.5 SF.
