Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-440-028-000 & 014-440-029-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-800). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000 SF of outdoor canopy area consisting of (243) 4’x4’ raised cultivation boxes for mature canopy, and proposes to install two (2) 6’x50’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: an 8’x15’ shed for harvest storage and packaging; a 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage shared with APN: 014-440-056-000 (CCL-799); a 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and a 5,000-gallon water storage tank and a 1,000-gallon nutrient mixing tank shared with APN: 014-440-056-000 (CCL-799). A 12’x12’ cannabis waste area for composting will be developed on APN: 014-440-056-000 (CCL-799) to shared between parcels. The project proposes to convert to Small Mixed-light license by replacing the existing boxes with five (5) 22’x80’ hoop houses that encompass three (3) 5’x70’ raised beds in each on the existing disturbed area. Water for this project will be supplied through a municipal connection to Trinity County Waterworks, the Project is connected to an electrical grid, Trinity PUD, and a permitted septic located on APN:014-440-056-000 will serve as the project’s wastewater needs.
