Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor cultivation located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-530-032-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-746) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL22-0000649, Expires on 2024-09-30). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf of mature canopy in (140) 4’x4’ planter boxes. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x10’ shed for agricultural and pesticide storage; a 20’x20’ cannabis waste composting area; a 2,200-gallon water storage tank for agricultural use and a 2,300-gallon water storage tank for domestic use; and a 250-gallon mixing tank. Proposed reconfiguration activities include the installation of a 20’x30’ building for administrative hold, packaging, post-harvest processing, and harvest storage on previously disturbed area, without grading or heavy equipment. Water will be supplied by a permitted well, Trinity PUD will supply the project’s energy needs, and a permitted septic will serve for the project’s wastewater needs.
