Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of Small Outdoor located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-020-001-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-668) and has a provisional Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (CCL20-0002000 Expires 2024-04-08). Cultivation activities will be developed on previously graded flat. Proposed cultivation activities will occur in 6 (6’x275’) raised beds for mature cultivation and a 20’x100’ hoop house for immature canopy. Supporting infrastructure includes a proposed 30’x50’ shop for processing harvest storage, administrative hold, and pesticide and agriculture, three (3) existing 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, and an existing 550-gallon mixing tank. Proposed construction will occur on previously disturbed ground with no tree removal. Water will be supplied by a permitted well, a septic will serve as the project’s wastewater needs, and the installation of a solar panel with Tier 4 diesel generator used as a backup for the project’s energy needs.
