Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 016-200-035-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-729). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000 SF of mixed-light canopy area consisting the installation of four (4) proposed 30’x110’ temporary hoop houses for mature canopy, approximately 560 SF of the southern hoop house will be designated for immature canopy; and the installation of a proposed 30’x50’ temporary hoop house for immature canopy. Installation of proposed structures will not require grading or clearing of vegetation as it is a previously developed flat; assembly will be through the use of hand tools. The project proposed to replace the temporary hoop houses with permitted greenhouses in the same footprint. Existing support infrastructure includes: a 20’x20’ garage for packaging, processing, and harvest storage; and a 10’x10’ cannabis waste area for composting. The project will utilize six (6) water storage tanks, four (4) 5,000-gallon, a 2,500-gallon, and a 1,400-gallon, that is located on the adjacent property (APN: 016-200-034-000). Water for this project will be through a permitted well that will be shared with the adjacent property (APN: 016-200-034-000); the project is connected to an electrical grid, Trinity PUD, and a permitted sceptic will serve the project’s wastewater needs that will be shared with the adjacent property (016-200-034-000).
