Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-140-032-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-572) and re-apply for currently expired. Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0005027, Expired on 2022-01-13). Proposed cultivation activities include approx. 4,995sqft of mature canopy in 11 (4’x4’) & 11 (5’x5’) boxes; a 4’x16’ bed; and a 6’x60’; 5 (6’x120’) & a 6’x80’ hoop houses. Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x12’ shed and 10’x12’ shed, a permitted groundwater well, two (2) 300-gallon water tanks; two (2) 500-gallon water tanks; a 3,000-gallon water tank; six (6) 275-gallon water tanks; a 2,500-gallon water storage tank. Proposed activities include the removal of existing (45) 4’x4’ boxes, (12) 5’x5’ boxes, and a 4’x24’ bed; installation of a 4’x16’ bed and seven (7) hoop houses (a 6’x60’, five (5) 6’x120’, and a 6’x80’); an 8’x8’ shed for ag chemical and two (2) 6’x40’ immature hoop houses (480sqft total), a 4,000-watt electrical power meter and a 5,000-gallon water storage tank. Power is provided by TPUD and there is a permitted septic system on-site. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Per Resolution NO. 2023-071, “A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCVs for the calendar year 2023”.
