Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-290-006-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-766). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000 SF of mixed-light canopy area consisting of two (2) 95’x30’ and two (2) 85’x30’ greenhouses for mature canopy and a 95’x20’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Existing support structure include a 30’x30’ shed used for harvest storage, packaging and processing, waste storage, and administrative hold; and two (2) 1550-gallon water storage tanks. Water for this project will be through a permitted well, and a permitted septic will serve the project’s waste water needs. The project currently utilizes generators as the main power source; to offset the projects carbon emission, they propose to purchase carbon offset credits and eventually transition to a renewable energy source.
