Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 011-330-047-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-796) and the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA23-0000359). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf of mature canopy in 400 4’x4’ boxes, a 14’x63’ hoophouse, and a 14’x65’ hoophouse. Existing support infrastructure includes a 14’x63’ hoophouse, and a 20’x40’ hoophouse for immature canopy, two (2) 10’x12’ sheds for ag chemical and petroleum storage, an 8’x20’ storage container for harvest storage and general storage, five (5) 2,500-gallon water tanks, and a 20’x20’ compost area. Proposed infrastructure includes a 30’x30’ building for processing and harvest storage, and the replacement of the mature canopy boxes with 275 6’x6’ boxes in previously disturbed area; no tree removal or grading is required. Water is provided by a permitted on-site well. Power is provided by a connection to the Trinity Public Utility District grid. A permitted septic system is used on-site.
